Designed as the ultimate foundation for your skin-to-environment layering system, the Solution 150 Baselayer ¾ Bottoms feature NuYarn’s innovative patented NuYarn stretch merino wool—a fabric that’s stronger, warmer, and dries faster than other merino wool fabrics by utilizing the technology of wrapping a nylon core with extra-fine merino fiber. This technology gives the Solution 150 Baselayer Bottoms superior thermoregulation and moisture management, plus they are naturally bacteria and odor resistant, making them the perfect next-to-skin layer for high-output activities in the mountains. Designed at ¾ length, these bottoms pair well with ski or snowboard boots where fit is crucial.

Surprisingly Warm

Now that I've had a chance to do a few early season ski tours, Solution 150 (I have the crew top too) is now my go to base layer. Dries well, even with high output, and surprisingly warm given how thin in comparison to other wool base layers I have.

The perfect ski base layer

The perfect ski base layer. About an inch overlap between my ski socks and the 3/4 length and no annoying bunched up base layer pants. I wear these every day at my job at the ski hill so I bought another pair.
